I don't really get the whole touma is a whole different person after he lost his memory thing. I mean from what we know of him before he lost his memory he relatively stayed the same for the most part. Pre memory lost touma risked his life to save a random stranger, called that same stranger a friend even though only knowing her for barely a day and risked everything to save her life. How is that any different from Post memory lost Touma? I mean he still says his iconic line even. Not to mention he's dynamic with Misaka and his friends didn't change.

In most cases if it weren't a certain magical index, I really would have been shocked when you said "Touma's dead" But this just seems like a common theme to his character, whether it's himself for people close to him. I love how all of this anime could be end like this the nun girl so her memory is photographic right.
